  • Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to printing processes and screen settings.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or other details without prior notice.

4. Taxes and Duties

 4.1 Canadian Customers.

  • Prices for customers in Canada are subject to applicable GST/HST based on the shipping destination. Taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 4.2 International Customers. For orders shipped outside of Canada:

  • Prices do not include local taxes, duties, or import fees.
  • You are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes (e.g., VAT), and fees required by your local authorities. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and must be paid by you upon receipt of the shipment.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an order.

 4.3 Customs Delays and Compliance

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays, which are beyond our control.

 4.4 Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of defective or damaged items. Due to the nature of Print on Demand (POD) products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for reasons other than defects (e.g., change of mind). Each product is custom-made to order, which makes it unique and non-returnable unless defective.

If you receive a defective product:

  • Contact us at contact@mimilioli.com. within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide proof of the defect, such as photos or videos.

We reserve the right to assess the issue and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement. Returns for reasons other than defects (e.g., change of mind) are not accepted at this time.

6. Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

Our products are made to order and go through a production process tailored to each purchase. Once an order has entered the production phase, it can no longer be cancelled.

However, if you realize there is an error in your order, please contact us immediately at contact@mimilioli.com. . If the production process has not yet begun, we may still be able to cancel or modify your order.

When reaching out, make sure to include your order number and the email address associated with your order to help us assist you as quickly as possible.

8. Currency and Conversion

All prices on this website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
